In regards to your signing the new lease with the stipulations on non-payment actions, what were the previous conditions set for that situation? 

There are a lot of stipulations in the agreement that overly protect the PM company and not so many to protect myself.

I think I am correct on this, but there are a few stipulations that deviate my path from the normal.

Unless the stipulation changed, you are able to move out in under a year if you can refinance into a conventional mortgage.

Most leases do not have a stipulation about showing a property.  

A due-on-sale clause is a clause in a loan or promissory note that stipulates that the full balance of the loan may be called due upon sale or transfer of ownership of the property used to secure the note.

A stipulation is that I desire to pay for my own supplies.
