Has this dried up since COVID?  

Before Covid we were there about 5 months a year split between winter and summer in the dry seasons.  

Financing dries up in a crash.Even in March when this all started, many stop lending...some even closed down.

Or maybe that's why they call it *dry* powder....

Is it worth it to frame the inside of the exterior walls to Insulate and put dry wall on easier?

Otherwise, it is a pretty cut & dry split (pun intended).

Investor loans will dry up just like 08 to 2011.. 

In one, it is hot and dry with a chance of tornadoes. 

Stay away from credit repair companies because they suck you dry and pretty much do nothing for 3-6 months until they send out the same letters you can send out to the creditors and bureaus. 

I became an online English teacher making USD, but the market was oversaturated with teachers and work dried up.
