I just sanded them real good, cleaned them up and rolled two coats of primer on and then two coats of white paint.

If I transfer the property right away to an LLC it could take a year for the LLC to qualify for the mortgage as I understand it.Does anyone out there have any ideas on the most efficient way to get the ball rolling?

At least partially, but the bath could have a roll-in shower, handles, sans the turn radios for a wheel chair unless I open the door to the living room.

They don't have anything where they are willing to roll the closing costs into the rate (they will only roll them into the principal).

I understand that you are looking to live off the investment income, but if not, a better option would be rolling over that money into a self-directed IRA and invest with tax benefits.
