I only use zillow but it only shows trend for individual properties, not for entire areas.

Jeff agreed that is not an appropriate loan for a SIDRA or private individual.. also in 22 years the collateral could be toasted.. 

But what about this option - you get on the phone with the individual and a realtor and let this person give the realtor access.
