I would like to start with building a rental portfolio to achieve financial freedom for myself, support my parents, and help others if possible.I understand how expansive my area (orange county) is, so im interested in possibly investing in Las vegas, chicago, or other areas.The other options i'm considering is house hacking, but the market seems to be a bit high at the moment.
