Hi everyone! 

I have been reading this forum and watching videos on this site for a long time now. I worked in San Diego for a very large RE investment company doing mostly flips for 4 years. Now I moved to Las Vegas to do it myself with a small team and decided it was time for me to take the next step and become apart of this community! I currently have 2 houses finishing rehab that I bought at the auction (1 through auction.com, the other through Nevada legal news). Since moving here to Las Vegas I have learned how competitive the flip market is and realized that I will certainly not make it if I only buy at the auctions! I am looking to build relationships with wholesalers in the area as well as experienced investors who could share some advice on the area. I look forward to interacting with all of you in the future!
