If you had told me what I now know is overwhelmingly true, that somewhere between 80-85% of America's millionaires are self-made and do not become net-worth millionaires until they hit their fifties, I wouldn't have believed it, I would have thought there was some trick to the statistic.I know better now.

And Yes, the seller has the same powers as the bank (to foreclose) on the buyer if they miss their payments... again all this is standard stuff that's written into the purchase sale agreement & promissory note with the seller. 

This fixated goal on "10k" of passive income is just losing it's power annually.

The sheer number of options feels overwhelming and I'm afraid of making the largest purchase of my life and screwing myself over.

The HOA has the power to force the radiator be fixed.

Some parks bill for actual power use and have a separate power meter for each pad.

In short, if you can buy it right, its likely worth getting into and could be very powerful. 

I have clients who are more sophisticated and have some value of lot splits, surveys, etc but even when they bought it and split it off they don't really give much value to that. you have to put the power in you hands and negotiate with lenders.

For a while we were doing the scheduled chats until I became . . . shall we say . . . overwhelmed?
