Hi BP Members,I need to get an account for Experian skip tracing services.I have a commercial space which I use for my real estate business, locked doors, etc.I have a business license, and real estate license.So the site inspection is not what I'm inquiring about, but it sounds like the application service is difficult to be accepted.From speaking with a sales representative it sounds like they only want collection agency companies to gain access to their data and services, so I'm considering getting a collection agency license as a means of getting access to Experian.If anyone could please provide a solution or advice on how I should proceed with getting an account with Experian it would greatly be appreciated.Thank you.

Apologies if this is the wrong place, but it seems the marketplace is for people offering services, not inquiring about them.I need to inquire on a specific roofer that I am skeptical of.

I have not checked a blanket liability policy, but anytime I inquired about a single property commercial insurance, the rate was 3-4x the regular one.

When shopping for a mortgage loan, a Borrower is given a grace from the credit repositories to have multiple credit inquires for a mortgage.  

I would contact a couple moving services for the customer and get some price inquires.

Stop and inquire, talk with neighbors etc etc.

I got a call from a yellow letter I sent out, and the lady wasn't interested in selling the house I inquired about.

You could inquire about deed in lieu but most lenders won't do them.
