If you have a problem with one sub and fire him just change the combo and he's like a kid with his nose pressed against the candy store window looking in but can't get in.Then if anything gets stolen the onus is on sub as I did my part.Fence also prevents nosy neighbors from walking on job site trying to peer in window to see what's going on.

I got 17 calls with solid information and have spoken to 5. 3 out of the 5 are listed with an agent currently. 1 has been on the MLS forever and will expire at the end of the month, so I'll put the full court press on May 1st.2 calls have already bowed out (one house is in a Life-Trust(?)

What I mean is, I go to the tiebreakers listed on my 'general qualifications sheet' and briefly peruse all the apps I received at the same time, looking for move-in timeframe, (they may not want to move for 2 months), term they want, #of people (are they pressing occupancy limits), if they smoke, if they have pets, does their income pencil out, special requests (did they ask to paint or do things to the place?).
