Id like to connect with anyone who has info in any program for VA homeless program / transitional program  for people or individual who are experiencing homelessness and any non profit organization, church organization or any coalition that support homeless people

I'm worried that if she stays unemployed, and possibly homeless, it would be near impossible to collect any rent arrears.If that's the case, I don't think simply evicting her is the best strategy.

NYC makes it difficult, and slow, intentionally to ensure that tenants have time to explore all their options of alternative housing and to prevent any addition to NYC's homeless population. 

The streets are cleaned and no signs of "homeless people".

Just a massive homeless, crime and drug problem.

My clients would have either given up the animal or gone homeless if they were on their own. 

I see some of the strangest things when inspecting homes, from concrete poured down the drain plumbing in a foreclosure to a homeless person's camp set up in the attic of a duplex.
