Home Inspector in Grand Rapids, MI
Hello all, I am a licensed home inspector in the Grand Rapids, MI area. I have been building, remodeling and investing in Real Estate for 30+ years. I specialize in working with investors and doing home inspections on single family, multi-family and apartment properties. I see some of the strangest things when inspecting homes, from concrete poured down the drain plumbing in a foreclosure to a homeless person's camp set up in the attic of a duplex. The things I find never seem to get less strange but I am here to find all the future maintenance issues and those capital expenditures so you the investor can make the best decision when purchasing.
