I’m not sure exactly what @Jerryll Noorden is doing for marketing but from my experience don’t do what others are doing, copy the people that are dominating.

His dad's lived there for over 20 years and knows the neighborhood and players very well and actually owns the land outright.

The top teams and agents still are doing okay but it's weeding out the weaker players.
