Most of us have leases that prohibit disturbing the neighbors - or having a civil or criminal action taken against the property due to misconduct.I do recommend getting involved at this point as it is doubtful that any future tenant would encounter something different than your current one.

I'm fine with texting for routine communication reminders like be sure to drip the faucets on cold night, can we get a pet (yes, but there's a fee), etc.My phone goes into "Do Not Disturb" mode between 7 PM and 7 AM.
