I was at dinner last week with an attorney who represents apartment investors in Altanta, GA. 

I am excited to use the tools on biggerpockets to try to find a good duplex and house hack. if anyone is from the area It could be helpful to meet up and have dinner to talk about real estate. i have a fellow sailor who wants to go into a partnership with me to try to increase how many properties we could get and scale faster.
