Buyer to pay a bonus for the real estate broker upon closing

hi, I am sure I will get a few types of responses,  I am just wondering what the you ghyd think.

Upon closing on a multi family deal, and obviously the seller is paying the commission for the broker, do you as a buyer think it would be nice or necessary to pay something for the broker just as a courtcourtesy?

(I am asking in a case where there is only one broker involved,  or even when there is a sellers agent and a buyers agent).

   Thank you

@Sami Gren hi am sure you can take him to lunch/dinner if you think the broker did a good job on your deal. Or find out if they like some activities (baseball, basketball, hockey) you could invite them to a game or gift them a pair of tickets so they can enjoy the game with their kid or significant other.

I am sure he/she will appreciate that and will continue the relationship with you.
