And ultimately, getting deals is going to be the best way to acquire new investors, but you certainly want to be prepared first.Also, make friends with guys like @John Casmon and they'll inspire you with knowledge at weekend masterminds :) 

I am looking at BRRR markets in Philly and your post is inspiring.

Here in Columbus there is a odd little street called "Bide A Wee Park Ave" .. shows up on crime reports and foreclosure lists relatively frequently

Some buying duplexes at every station, some taking their time to better and flip homes, but all were inspirational to hear.  

But I do have a call with you guys on Tuesday to start the process of looking into STRs :) you and Luke have definitely inspired me to go down that path!
