You can collect rent yourself and handled the administration of the repairs remotely. 

Not all locations have good program administrators, so that's something to check out. 

From my understanding, anyone unlicensed in GA can only perform administrative duties (i.e., data entry, paper pushing, miscellaneous office tasks, etc.).

This has another interesting component, I always think if the "cleaner" expects you to pay every time and you take the time and effort to make complete the transaction, would not be justified to ask the "cleaner" for a small administrative commitment  from them, as that is there business and they should treat it as such. 

Look at all the industry uproar when the administration tried to force them to become fiduciary...Even fiduciary ones are here to educate you on the products they know.

So, it shouldn’t be much of an administrative burden since those checkbooks will basically stay in a drawer.
