The properties are in Manayunk, Roxborough, Grays Ferry, and West Philly. 

He works a lot in Grandview and Upper Arlington and I imagine would be accessible to west/northwest areas....let me know if you'd like his name.

Springdale feels a bit like Estes Park, Co or West Yellowstone or even Gatlinburg, TN.

All the clients that have been with FASS have ultimately went to REDS, Holton-Wise, or Keller Williams Greater Cleveland West.

We are particularly interested in areas allowing a great lifestyle (good food, spending heaps of time outside, close to the beach, quick and easy access to great cities, etc) such as California, South West of France, Barcelona, etc...We currently own a 2 bedroom apartment (paid cash) close to the beach and the main English schools in Malta.

Companies continue to flock from the west and east coasts to this area.  

I'm a Realtor and I've been living in Livingston, but I'm on the East Coast at the moment and cant get free to get back West just yet... ugh.
