New to BP

[Christopher Gadison]

Hello BP family, I'm name is Christopher Gadison. I'm from NY in the Bronx. Tired of spectating and eager to participate RE investing.I'm interested in investing in multi family properties(2-4units) with a goal of attaining a passive income of 10k a month. But first I must take the leap and purchase the first one, I have an interest in Yonkers, MT. Vernon and Jersey city. I'm currently living with family and want to move out by the end of the year, but I'm at a lost for the first action I should take.
