I am looking for lenders for a property (s) in a super super hot So Cal market, where every single silicon valley company is opening offices (Netflix, Amazon, Snapchat, TikTok, Apple, Instagram/Facebook all within 5 miles) and a mass exodus is happening from SF to this area for jobs at these locations.

And you will not likely see that $$ back or the $$ to repair it.Knowing something and proving something are totally different....I do like the idea of stalking their social media.....Instagram, FB, whatever.....you may get lucky and catch them red -handed....you know there was someone that had their phone out during or at least right after it happened....100% guaranteed...... its on social media..... but finding it will take some work.
