Their testimony will matter and they will have a big problem if you give their money away.

I'm hoping to get some good feedback that I can use as testimonials when I start promoting on my webpage.

I kept clicking their links and learning... read testimonials... and finally called their "local" number on there to talk w/ a local specialist.

The sales guy was doing the typical testimonial(s) examples and now is the time to move to MICRO Flipping (known as virtual wholesaling) because of COVID19 recession. 

From what I know Seth initially learned out method (and we still have a few testimonials from him on our website), then started blogging about it, and now offers some educational materials on it.

It just seems strange that I can't find anyone who has had an experience with a turnkey provider outside of a testimonials page.Ive also researched tax liens and notes as other possible options for long distance investing but I'd prefer to buy real property.
