Your title insurance company would do that but not until I visually walked the property and got it for the right price.

In my job as a realtor in Chicago I rely heavily on Infosparks, which provides visualizations of data from our local MLS.

Inside, I opened a couple of walls on one side, to better visualize (I'm a "visual person") how things are built, electricity is run, etc.

The two 2/1 apartments were built to be 1750ft2 each at a time when the Borough of Homestead, two streets down, had the same population density as Manhattan has today.As far as the downspouts go, I don't think you're visualizing what's being done correctly. the existing copper gutter is actually being covered, as an integrated part of the roof, hanging within the fascia above the soffit, and new aluminum gutters are being installed at the edge of the roof, hanging outside the fascia.

A universal rule is CLEAN, I can not emphasis this point enough, a marketed unit must be CLEAN, neat and presentable and clean means CLEAN in all aspect including the smell, touch, visual.
