My BP rental property calculator hasn’t been processing for some reason. What’s a good secondary options, besides trying to create my own spreadsheet ? Thanks In advance

@Cedrick Givens you are only allowed 5 uses of the calculator unless you are a pro member. In the files section of BP there are many spreadsheets you can download and use. Try several and pick the one you like.
