It's been my experience that design is not easy, especially paint colors, and I have witnessed countless professionals put up stuff that makes me shake my head thinking "you think that looks good???"

I figure that is probably a matter of proper vetting, but it's hard to shake the initial fear.

Interested in hearing how this shakes out as well. 

It's a 'hand shake' partnership on this one, ownership 100% legally his, but he'll share some profit and we've both learned exponentially more than we could by reading or networking alone.  

check out my page and website, but my suggestion is find a deal and bring it to someone experienced. get to know the san antonio market and then go to some local meetups shake hands get to know people and REALLY get to know them 90% of people are faking you.

So the shake shingles are a good choice.

Actually travel to the area, see and know the neighborhoods, shake your teams hands (in person.)

I was thinking of send him an anonymous letter shaking him down for a few bitcoins for my silence, ha ha...
