Those kinds of deals have a much higher likelihood of ending up in court and are a relatively small segment of the market so the managing broker simply told us we couldn't do them because it kept his life simpler.

In general, I think buyers looking to re-purpose the home will not want to evict such a vulnerable segment of population.

Also the larger commercial brokerages publish market data for the overall economy and history and outlooks for the various segments.

As an entry level option to familiarize with different segments of market, I use neighborhoodscout.com to see neighborhood sections.
