Agents working with wholesalers- Denver

Are there any wholesalers having success in this market dealing with agents or vice versa are there any agents having success working with wholesalers?

Pro's? Con's?

I had a pretty active and well known agent tell me today he refused to work with wholesalers and I honestly don't know why. I've done a number of deals with agents (so i know it CAN work) but it'd be interesting to get the BP communities unbiased opinion.

Thanks

@Trey Watson

I don't operate in Denver, but most agents in Las Vegas have the same opinion on wholesalers. I believe the core reason is very simple - there is a TON of wanna-be investors currently in the market that lack funds, experience, and knowledge. If there is a real MLS deal to be had, there are oodles of seasoned investors with cash in hand that will take it down. Why would any real estate agent want to work with an unknown quantity, when they can basically cash in on a sure thing with an experienced investor and have minimal amount of work to do?
