But I agree, for those who want to get ahead quicker, the more active you are the better off you typically will be in the long run.

Once I have significantly more, I think would go ahead and just pay cash for an investment property or fully fund a flip for an investor. 

You can consider paying him more for his exclusive time and give you a bonus for completing ahead of schedule.
