Prepare an LLC resolution signed by both members appointing one as authorized agent to sign on behalf of and bind the company. 

I'm not sure the resolution will come out well, but here are the details:

I believe he will then need to sign a resolution giving you (or other members) signing rights for the sale based on your operating agreement.

I'd like to map out a few legal strategies and know about the likelihood that I'd prevail under those strategies (as a best guess, of course) before I approach the bank about an amicable resolution.

During this time of year where everyone typically reflects on the past year’s event and sets goals for the coming year, I thought it would be great to hear what RE goals people have set for themselves in 2018.These are not those half a$$ed resolutions that are for the most part doomed to fail, these are goals that we work hard at each day to achieve.So whatcha got?!?!?

Any issues that we've had, we go to them and get them worked out and we always get a resolution, so I'd be totally comfortable recommending them.

I'd lean towards the most amiable resolution possible which would likely be cash for keys. 

It was recommended that a resolution be documented that the LLC is accepting the property.

The reason I do a video as opposed to Facetime is just simply people's schedules and service. if you or I don't have great service, the Factime video will be blotchy and not great resolution, negating the whole point of the thing.
