Also although I have learned all the foundations of REI here on BP it is a US focused site.

It takes time - especially with a new site to gain Google's trust and rise in the rankings. 

I created my own tenant tracker to rank each applicant following those meetings.

(Costly but will eliminate need of gas bill, can tie into electric).The money I see is in the expansion over the next 2 years. 10 more units, 14 storage units, and on site laundry(already plumbed).

And while that can be true with some homes now a days very few agents do anything but MLS as it auto populates to all the on line sites.

Does anyone know if these online  auction sites are locked in stone?
