Since we are taking ZERO out of the real estate biz we should be a wet dream for this kind of product.Challenge:  I have floated this desire out to the universe so far and I've been hit below the belt numerous times!

I have asked many people questions and watched numerous youtube videos, i even almost paid into a self proclaimed "premier realbestate education" classes.

The seller has had a buyer approach him numerous times attempting to buy everything but he continues to decline all offers.

It sounds like you recognized the red flags fairly early on, yet you decided to proceed with things until the red flags become too numerous.

Yet there are numerous other factors that may weigh into a decision of client choice.

(The house right next door looks very nice and is valued at 100k according to Trulia) I feel it'd be a great market for someone that can buy numerous homes and turn the area around, but I could only buy one so I am wondering if it'd be impossible to sell.Thanks for the help!

I personally have been receiving numerous leads through Absentee but haven't been able to convert them into deals.

Cabelas, gander mountain, 4 hotel chains, numerous restaurants, a dozen food trucks, and more have opened in the last little while.
