Hi BP!

I'm new to BP after listening to podcasts for a few weeks and excited to learn as much about REI as I can from this amazing community!  I'm currently looking to network and find my first rehab opportunity in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. Wholesalers, add me to your buyer's list. Rehabbers, I'm looking to possibly JV.

I already have my entity's set up and have been receiving intensive education and coaching from Fortune Builders investing education program, which has helped accelerate my learning tremendously.  Until recently I learned of BP through networking at MeetUps.  Listening to numerous BP podcasts has solidified what I've been learning so far and has been so invaluable.
