The inspectors want to see that enough nails or screws were used when hanging the new drywall. 

I'm new to BP & investing, and I've finally nailed down my CCC and am now looking for guidance: I'm looking to build an investment property on the Oregon coast.

  $100M was written in the lease by previous, well-experienced landlord and assigned to me at purchase.In my research, I have had a difficult time trying to nail down exactly what the premium difference may be from $100M to $50M but with the recent surge in prices, the best data I have so far is in the range of $750~$1k per Million of coverage.... so anywhere from ~$40~50k/year.

@Aaron Macken if you can nail down how to reach people who are in the pre-foreclosure process, probate, tax delinquent, or any of those sort of situations, you'll have a lot more potential to find a great deal.
