I am a real estate agent trying to make new connections that is looking into property investing in the future. 

It very well could become a large enough investment to be worthwhile, also solving for "unexpected emergencies ", for the most part and would an easy self management situation if you were to live onsite in one of your connected townhomes.

Which in a way, is fair, but I believe this is their loop hole to only fund the low hanging fruit deals, and stick people with a bill of 4-7k and a property search app that isn’t that good in the first place. anyway, I am always looking to connect, dining the next project, and get it funded!

What are your thoughts on the market now, post-covid and with rentals/prices at a significantly reduce price from last year?

I am trying to purchase a mobile home park that is already in a system of Mobile home parks that profit 87 percent for the last 15 years.

Determine what type of property you want to buy - What Zip code, what condition homes, price range, etc.Contact 3-4 realtors that helped buyer agent buy the type of homes you are looking to buy.Then go with the 1 realtor that you connected with the most.

I am willing to pay to leverage their connections, especially considering I am looking for my first out-of-state deal.
