Self-management is a good thing, as long as you have the skill set and knowledge to do it properly.

Real estate requires a certain set of knowledge, skills, and abilities.

My question is to people who has flipped houses or know how it works, assuiming I get a house that needs some work in order to make money and resell i have to renovate it nicely but I dont have any skills nor knowledge how to do remodel and I would have to get contractors to do it for me and they are not cheap at that point i would get contractors to do everything and will i make any profit after selling the hosue? 

Typically, Wholesalers get a property under contract and then remarket the property while it's under control to investors looking to make their spread and then assign the contract and get out of the way.   

I also found that sharing knowledge and collaborating with others can lead to new investment opportunities and valuable insights. 

I even got an assignment fee on top of the JV deal we have!

It states that it is not intended to instruct but rather to dictate the rules to a knowledgeable person. 

It'd make little sense for me to share my metrics given that they vary, don't constitute a statistically representative sample and also my knowledge and relationships allow me to get deals that you might not be able to get/find.Hope this is helpful.

Read books and listen to podcasts to supplement your knowledge and to use for better questions, more detailed, and then when you pair that with meetups and your motivation, you are on a great trajectory.
