The great Recession was incredible brutal.

It was attending a seminar by a real estate guru that finally sparked my motivation to turn my curiosity into action.As someone with an IT background, I thrive on hands-on learning experiences.

However this is not happening so much in Nashville as it is still incredibly expensive and desireable. 

But then still paying 5k and also covering repairs.It just seems incredibly risky to me. 

How should we calculate the offer that we make to a motivated seller?

It's already happening and all the crap going on within the USA helps for motivation. 

For the cost of filing fees and service fees you get someone with the wherewithal, authority and motivation to fix your problem.
