ALL of the calls I received with real potential had some other pressing issue (or catalyst as @Rick Harmon calls it).

To be honest, it is more likely an agent will press a seller to price too low.

There will be times when you're communication will be more frequent--perhaps daily for a period of time, but there will be times when there is no pressing need to communicate with them.

If not you might be hard pressed to find a lender that wants to lend on mobile homes.  

If the potential buyers know you are wholesaling the property , do they press for how much you have the house under contract for ?

When I was still in the corporate world,  we would always have  it all planned out in multiple scenarios well the press release would say that we are thinking about something .

It has caused crashes resulting in bad press coverage.

I'm just pressed short for time and would like to use my time in calling back leads, filtering the leads that are not good and driving to the home to see the property.
