We have 3 different custom colors for the exteriors of our houses and every interior is painted a modern gray eggshell for the base color and trimmed out in gloss white.

There are a lot of potential issues, risks, and gray hairs from this.  

I think the actual steps are gray and those pieces might be fine in terms of color.

Countertops are Silestone Nobel Gray.

I find it fascinating that some properties JUST AREN'T THERE rather than being grayed out or some such.Anyway, thank you for the reply.

That are some standard 1031 guidelines, but there are also areas to interpret in the gray areas.  

Finding a buy that can generate this seems tough, but I've just been "window shopping" on Trulia or Zillow to feel things out.Philadelphia, especially maybe Grays Ferry or Point Breeze seem like they are much more possible.

I'd go with a gray / easy to blend color vs white, however.
