Hello BP members,

My name is Casey Gray. I have been exploring this site with all the education, resources and the forums. Ton's of great information on this site, very happy I found it.

I have spent some time with helping a friend with some of his flips and now I'm on the hunt for my first deal. My friend focuses primarily on properties he purchases at auction, however, I hear on the podcasts and read on the forums that many investors buy from lists or DM. With that I love to hear some of the members thoughts on Auction vs. Lists or DM or any other way you would find your first deal. Thank you!
