(hit me up privately)  I have an STR that only books through VRBO and I raised my rates and am happier!

Much happier now, although I probably work more now than I ever did in my W-2.

Is there something I should be looking for on the county's website or is it more word of mouth?

They get most of their tenant through word of mouth.

At this point, I do not have any information about which end went in first, or whether or not there is a top on it, or if the mouth is narrower that the diameter.I'm thinking if I had an auger with a a bit with very coarse threads, I could bore into it and pull it out that way, but I am not sure such a product exists.I plan on trying a fluted plunger first, then explore with a coat hanger to see how far in it is, but other than that I am open to suggestions.Obviously, removing the toilet is the ultimate option, but I am trying to see if something clever, but less involved would work before then.Thanks in advance!

Closed mouths don't get fed you're not going to gain that team you're looking for without reaching out and getting to know them.

If you're a general contractor and looking for homeowner/ higher end jobs word of mouth is huge to start, Facebook marketplace and craigslist are also big.
