Unfortunately they shut that feature down for some reason a few months ago

They include cell-based meter communication in their monthly fee which, based on the features that I want, looks like it will cost just under $18/month for my triplex.

The 35 year fixed rate term eliminates refinance and interest rate risk, the non-recourse feature eliminates personal and contingent liability and the cost, if amortized over the term of the loan, is typically less costly than having to refinance your loan every five or ten years.

It could also be that there are things like pricing, features and location that are making it hard to find a tenant.

That being said can I get a list of features you guys would want it to have?
