Once you are in the Boston area I highly recommend the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (Alternates monthly with their Worcester location, next Waltham meeting would be May then July etc.).

I suggest researching about FHA loans and if you are in Diamond Bar, you may want to start looking out in the Inland Empire for deals around $200,000.
