Hey All, I've been poking around BP for a few months now (so I'm not sure how new I am) and I keep getting prompted to do my intro... So here it is!

I'm a former mortgage professional, my family owned 2 mortgage companies about 10 years ago during the refi boom. After taking a break from owning a company we are getting back into the business, my Dad, Mom, husband and myself are Co-owners of Ironstone Property Group LLC. We plan to invest in apartment buildings in emerging markets throughout the U.S.

My husband and I bought a 2 family in MA and lived in it for  1 year while collecting rents on the other unit. I think this is a great way to get started as a young couple and recommend it to all of my friends! (Although only 1 has listened so far).

We now live in a single family home and enjoy  great income from our 2 family every month after all expenses are paid.

Our next steps will involve partnering with investors and brokers to find large buildings (100 plus units)  that meet our criteria set out in our company policies.

At my age, all of my peers are spending large amounts of time on social media weather it be Facebook, instagram etc. I find it so refreshing to be able to come to this site and connect with like minded people. AKA people who know that you don't have to work until you're in your 60's and then depend on SS or 401K.

Money is abundant, you just have to know how to get it into your bank account!

Ok I'm done!!! Nice to meet everyone!
