New member from Boston, interested in out of state buy and hold

Hi all,

I'm a new member from Boston beginning to consider out of state investing. I'm interested in building a portfolio of multi-family homes with decent cash flow over time but will have to see how the first few pan out first.

I'm hoping to get direction on which geographies are right for this sort of approach as well as some input on how feasible it is to do this if I'm not able to commit much time to it. My dayjob is very demanding and I would need to have a good system in place if I'm going to do it.

Nate
