Arizona is a retirement destination so people usually sell their houses elsewhere and move there.How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Areas that are vacation destinations are doing fantastic right now.

Kissimmee is a destination that brings in multigenerational travelers, so anything above 5 bedrooms is desirable within a few miles of Disney and is considered prime real estate for vacation rentals. 

Tourists are now drawn to domestic destinations, particularly if they are a driving distance and avoid any being exposed to large crowds since a large part of the travelling fear is when it comes to commuting to your destination.

These areas are mostly rural or drive-to destinations as tourists opt to have staycations within a couple hundred miles of their home. 

While yesterday's deals have indeed been taken, tomorrow's deals have not; nor are they destined to go to someone else. 

The means of travel, accommodation types and travel destinations will all be measured with personal space in mind.

Vacation homes can make money during a pandemic (Or similar) if the travel costs to the destination are minimal.
