Is anybody here investing in 1-2 bed condo's or apartments in affluent cities as a positive cashflowing strategy?

Obviously it's tough to force appreciation in these units, but just from running some quick numbers I'm noticing there's some great potential here in terms of monthly income.

Would love to hear from anybody executing on this strategy successfully!

I'm currently in the process of looking at a few in downtown Vancouver. It's obviously not the best time to be focusing purely on air bnbs now due to no international travel and border closures
