Reasons NOT to do the deal:-The property has been for sale for 4 years during a upswing in real estate prices(Red Flag)-The configuration of multiple properties on one parcel does not appeal to many(Resale)-Obtaining financing for properties like these as you have found out(Resale)

With AirBnB, as far as I know there is no tax line item in the quotes, so you must configure that into the nightly rate.
