I signed up for the free intro 1 evening class that was full of 'too good to be true' info so I was skeptical going into the weekend class but wanted to know more.

I gave an interview to Axios last December where I predicted that average commission rates were likely to go higher due to due to the likely outcome of the class action suit.Sure enough, a settlement was announced months later, and sure enough average commissions rates have been inching higher, and will continue to do so.

Class A/B SFR were still raising rents 5% give or take. 

@Dayton Bourassa one issue you haven't addressed is whether these properties, and the corresponding tenants, are Class A, B, C or D.Why this matters?

No I also invest in the Indianapolis metro area (Class A and C).

They have a great track record and seem to do well there but I may want to try a B class at some point.
