On the down side when he calls at 9:00PM to tell you the dishwasher quit he doesn't want to hear about labor pains, he just wants to "see the baby".The $700/month tenants wil occassionally be late, they will always say "I was just getting ready to call you" when you call them, their checks might occassionally bounce but they'll likely be flexibel (up to a few days) on most "non critical" repairs.

for the fact that it is a neighbor country, friendly people, it requires a very low income to live there...within the next 10 years 78 million "Baby Boomers" will retire and at least half will not have enougth money to continue living in the USA.Let's look at the options.... continue lving in the USA with little or no money..... depending on relatives and other institutions....Or living in Mexico, enjoying and living a decent life...Mexico is now the home to thousands of Americans and Canadians.... and I can name a particular spot that the mayority of people living there are Americans.I am sure that you have many questions concerning this topic, and I welcome your questions and comments.....questions such as ... can foreigners own real estate property in Mexico?

I would tell them it is a no pet property and that not only means that no dogs can live here, that they cannot enter the property when people visit or cannot be baby(dog?)
