We would like to build a multi us barn with living spaces on top, we would like to use the barn for stage as well as events such as weddings and reunions.

We can also create corporate films as well as weddings and events. 

We haven't seen the property yet and probably wouldn't before we put an offer on it. they are showing it 4/21 but I figured if we wait till then wed be going up against other offers.

It's paid for our wedding, been the down payment monies for other property purchase.

We leave for Florida on Thursday for my wife's best friends wedding.
