A Rookie looking to provide value! Interior Design Support

Hello BP Crew!

My husband and I are looking to start our real estate portfolio and after listening to many of the Rookie podcast episodes, many rookies gained access and knowledge to experienced investors or even partnered with a pro by providing them value. I'm looking to provide the BP community of investors with value through my expertise in interior design. 

Currently, I own a commercial an interior design firm in Fort Lauderdale Florida. I'm registered in the State of Florida so I can sign and seal drawings that do not alter the structural integrity of the space. I'm the President of CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women) and have my WELL AP and LEED GA. I'd love to help you with any interior design questions you may have or support you in any connections to my network of individuals in the field. My husband is also a realtor in the area and we currently own one single family house in the Pompano Beach market. We want to buy our first multi-family and fix it up to live in one unit while renting the others and air bnb our current home.
